에코업스는 한국과 말레이시아 두 지역에 뿌리를 둔, 젊고 열정적인 마케팅·소싱·트레이딩 회사입니다. 한국‑말레이시아 친구들과 파트너들이 함께 설립했으며, 한국에서의 현장 경험과 말레이시아에서의 공중파(On Air) 프로그램 제작·소셜마케팅·리테일 경험(2012년부터 현재까지 TV 홈쇼핑 비즈니스)을 함께 쌓아 왔습니다.

For every product we make or source – from raw ingredients to final formulas – we only think about safety, eco‑friendly processes and health.
ECOUPS is a fresh, passionate marketing & sourcing company rooted in both Korea and Malaysia. We started this company together with Korean–Malaysian friends and partners, combining field experience in Korea with on‑air and retail experience also KOL marketing in Malaysia (2012~until now, TV home‑shopping business).

We specialize in eco‑friendly product lines such as:

- Household cleaning and daily‑use items
We also import and export eco‑friendly raw materials between Korea and Malaysia, building a bridge for good products to move both ways.
우리가 깨달은 것들
창업 이후 에코업스가 가장 오래 붙잡고 있는 단어는 “친환경”입니다.
10년이 넘는 시간 동안, 우리는 세 가지 단순한 진실을 확인했습니다.
- 가장 좋은 제품은 진정한 의미의 유기농 제품이다.
- 설계가 잘 된 친환경 화학 기반 제품은, 기준이 모호한 “유기농” 제품보다 더 나을 수 있다.
- 진짜 과제는 유기농과 친환경 화학을 함께 담아낸 제품을 찾거나 만드는 것이다.
이를 위해 수많은 기업과 제조사를 찾아가 포뮬라를 연구하고, 사용된 모든 원료를 하나씩 확인했습니다.
그 과정에서 기준에 맞지 않거나 안전성이 떨어지거나 성분이 불분명한 제품은 모두 제외했고, 에코업스의 기준을 통과한 제품만이 최종 라인업에 남았습니다.

What we have learned
Since we opened our business, we have focused on one word: eco‑friendly.
Over more than a decade, we discovered three simple truths:
- A well‑designed eco‑friendly chemistry‑based product is better than a poorly graded “organic” product.
- The real task is to find or create products that combine both: organic and eco‑friendly chemistry.

To achieve this, we contacted many companies, studied their formulas and checked every ingredient. Faulty, unsafe or unclear items were excluded, and only the products that passed our criteria remained in our lineup.
에코업스(ECOUPS)의 선정 기준들
에코업스로 소개될 수 있는 제품에는 엄격한 기준이 적용됩니다.
- 인체 피부에 해로운 성분을 사용하는 제품은 제외합니다.
특히 인공 방부제나 합성 향료가 안전 기준을 넘는 경우를 엄격히 배제합니다. - 사람의 피부 안전성을 위해 동물실험에 의존하는 제품은 제외합니다.
- 불법적이거나 비윤리적인 방식으로 얻은 원료를 사용하는 제품은 제외합니다.
- 친환경성, 안전성, 성능(공인 기관의 인증), 합리적인 가격이라는 네 가지 기준을 충족하는 제품만 에코업스 라인업에 포함될 수 있습니다.
만약 이 기준을 충족하는 제품을 시장에서 찾지 못한다면, 우리는 한 단계 더 나아갑니다.
직접 개발하거나, 신뢰할 수 있는 파트너에게 제조를 의뢰해 새로운 제품을 만든다는 선택을 합니다.

Our selection criteria
We set strict criteria for choosing what can become an ECOUPS product:
- Products harmful to human skin are excluded – especially those using artificial preservatives or synthetic fragrances that exceed safe standards.
- Products that rely on animal testing for human skin safety are excluded.
- Products made with raw materials obtained by illegal or inhumane methods are excluded.
- Products that meet our core criteria – eco, safety, performance (certified by authorized institutions), and reasonable price – can become part of our lineup.
If we cannot find a product that meets these criteria, we go one step further: we develop it ourselves or commission a trusted partner to manufacture it.

Our track record
With these efforts, we have built a lineup of products that represent more than 12 years of trust and experimentation in the Malaysian market. All those products – the items we supplied to Malaysia – with photos, stories and results attached in my blog page and you can check and enjoy it through our supply partners.
